It's the 2024 Brooklyn Yarn Crawl! Cleo’s Yarn Shop will take part in this iconic yarn world event, featuring yarn shops all over Brooklyn.
Never been to a yarn crawl? Think bar crawl but sub out cocktails and brews for yarn, fiber craft goodies, discounts, fun custom events, raffles and more.
HOW TO CRAWL
This event is free and self-guided! Grab a friend or head out solo and make a plan to visit some or all of the shops (listed below). We also made a discord group chat that you can join to plan your crawl with other crafters.
Sign in at each shop and you'll be entered to win a prize of yarn and crafty goodies!
Go to ALL the shops over the course of the weekend and you'll be entered to win a grand prize! Make sure to look out for the scavenger hunt item in each shop to be eligible for these prizes.

We are donating 10% of all proceeds from this weekend to a Palestinian aid organization! You can learn more about our choice to do so here.
Win tickets to Happy Hour! This weekend only, folks will have the opportunity to win tickets to Happy Hour, with one lucky person winning a whole YEAR of free Happy Hours!
Shop our exclusive color from The Wandering Flock, designed especially for the crawl! Each shop has 1 of 5 colors (see the full set below). Our color will be available for purchase online following the crawl if there are some left over!
SHOW OFF!
Yarn events are fun for a lot of reasons, but our favorite part is seeing everyone wear the projects they've made!
This weekend only, wear a project you've made using yarn from our shop and earn an extra star for your project punch card and get entered to win an exclusive yarn crawl 5-skein set of yarn from The Wandering Flock!
To submit: post a photo of you wearing your project in our shop on instagram or tiktok and tag @cleosyarnshop, @nycyarncrawl, #followtheyarn2024, and tag a friend who might like the crawl! Can be a story, reel, or grid post.

We'll also be participating in a mini crawl on Friday, April 12th with The Wandering Flock & The Wandering Barman, two neighboring businesses both only a couple blocks from our shop! RSVP to that here :)
