Our Rewards Program: Project Punch Cards & Project Bingo!

HOW PROJECT PUNCH CARDS WORK

In a lot of ways, our shop has the feel of the kindergarten classroom of your dreams. There's LOTS of color, we love helping you learn new things, and best of all, we give away gold star stickers 😊 (digitally, but still).

Unlike other reward programs that are based on money spent, we like rewarding creativity! Submit your finished projects with yarn from the shop via our online form to earn a gold star on your Project Punch Card for every 200 yards in the project.

Earn an extra star when you tag us in photos of your finished projects @cleosyarnshop on instagram or tiktok.

We keep track of your stars digitally and award you store credit for every 5 stars you earn:

⭐️ x 5 = $5 off

⭐️ x 10 = $10 off

⭐️ x 15 = $20 off

⭐️ x 20 = $50 off

Saving up your stars gets you a better deal, but you can use your awards anytime you want on in-store purchases or on our website!

PLUS, since we're pretty big on friendship & community over here, we also award stars for referrals. Tell your friends and get 1 gold star each time someone you know makes their first purchase at the shop (just make sure they tell us who sent them!)

NEW: PROJECT BINGO!

We’ve got a fun new game to play! Starting on January 1st, 2026, you can complete projects using yarn purchased at our shop to get a bingo (or multiple) and win prizes in 2027! This game is for our regulars, our yarn-die-hards, our in-it-for-the-long-haul crafters.

For each type of project you make & submit to your Project Punch Card in 2026 we will check off a bingo box for you. You can also pick up a physical bingo card in our shop, or save the blank bingo card below to plan & keep track of your projects. At the end of the year, you’ll win $10 in store credit for EACH BINGO you get, plus additional prizes for each of these bingo bonuses:

  • Row 1: tiny projects - 2 tickets to our Happy Hour Craft Circle
  • Row 2: small projects - $25 towards any class or workshop
  • Row 3: medium projects - $50 towards any class or workshop
  • Row 4: large projects - $75 towards any needle or hook set
  • Row 5: extra large projects - $100 towards yarn
  • Each Diagonal: $50 value mystery goodie bag

A total Bingo blackout earns you a total of $470 in prizes, not including regular Project Punch Card rewards that you’ll also earn throughout the year as you submit your projects!

Each project submitted for each bingo square must meet the requirements listed below. Some square’s requirements can be met by submitting multiple projects of the same type that together total the required yarn amount. Other projects must meet the yarn amount required in a single project. Projects can be knit, crochet, or woven at any gauge and in any stitch pattern. See fine print below for further rules & requirements.

BINGO PROJECT CATEGORIES & REQUIREMENTS

  • B1: Mittens
    • at least 50 grams total used for two mittens (one pair)
  • I1: Seasonal/Decorative Object
    • at least 50 grams total, can submit multiple smaller items
  • N1: Toy/Doll
    • at least 50 grams total, can submit multiple smaller items
  • G1: Gloves
    • at least 50 grams total used for two gloves (one pair) with or without fingers
  • O1: Socks/Slippers
    • at least 50 grams total for two socks or slippers (one pair)
  • B2: Pet/Baby Clothes
    • at least 100 grams total, can submit multiple smaller items
  • I2: Hat
    • at least 100 grams total, can submit multiple smaller items
  • N2: Kerchief/Tie/Headband
    • at least 100 grams total, can submit multiple smaller items
  • G2: Swimwear/Underwear
    • at least 100 grams total, can submit multiple pieces
  • O2: Small Home Goods
    • at least 100 grams total, can be set of multiple smaller items
  • B3: Purse/Bag
    • at least 200 grams total, can submit multiple smaller items
  • I3: Small Scarf/Cowl
    • at least 200 grams total, can submit multiple smaller items
  • N3: FREE SPACE - GAUGE SWATCH!
  • G3: Medium/Large Home Goods
    • at least 200 grams total, can be set of multiple smaller items
  • O3: Shirt/Top/Tank
    • at least 200 grams total in a single project
  • B4: Large Scarf
    • at least 300 grams total, including fringe, can submit multiple smaller items
  • I4: Bolero/Shrug
    • at least 350 grams total, at least 3/4 length sleeves
  • N4: Vest
    • at least 350 grams total, no sleeves, can submit multiple
  • G4: Any Sweater
    • at least 400 grams total, at least 3/4 length sleeves
  • O4: Shorts/Short Skirt
    • at least 300 grams total
  • B5: Pants/Long Skirt
    • at least 500 grams total in a single project, reaching below knee when worn
  • I5: Shawl/Wrap/Poncho
    • at least 500 grams total in a single project, any size or shape
  • N5: Dress/Long Coat
    • at least 750 grams total in a single project, from shoulders to at least mid thigh
  • G5: Large/Oversized Sweater
    • at least 750 grams total in a single project, any fit/ease
  • O5: Blanket
    • at least 1000 grams total in a single project, at least 40” along one edge

Fine print: All yarn for projects must be purchased by and made by the same person and under the same account in our system. Two projects of the same type each using at least 50% yarn from our shop may count as one project. Projects made as gifts are accepted. Each project must meet the requirements noted on back page. More than one person cannot share a bingo card or prizes. Yarn for projects may be purchased using gift cards. All projects must be both started and completely finished (ends woven in!) between January 1st and December 31st, 2026. All projects must be submitted to the same account’s Project Punch Card via Google Form (linked on our website homepage & in our Instagram bio) by December 31st, 2026 at midnight. Project Punch Card reward stars/store credit will be normally awarded for all projects as they are submitted throughout the year. Prizes for all valid & verified bingos will be awarded by January 31st, 2027.
