From Cocoknits:
"I’ve been sharing my passion for all things knitting for 30 years. The book came about after helping hundreds of women knit for their body type – and knitting ability. The Cocoknits Method brings together a distinct system for knitting top-down, seamless sweaters with streamlined designs that women will actually wear – and have the time to knit."

Cool concept. This is a great high-level, conceptual lesson on sweaters. It teaches you how to design and construct sweater patterns on your own. It's pretty effective. The book contains basically one pattern for each family of yarn weight, which is useful for ballparking how much yarn you need for each sweater. The pictures are nice.
However, half of the book is dedicated to how to dress and style knitwear to "flatter", or to appear slimmer. It reads like a women's magazine from the '90s or '00s, which is to say that it has not aged well. I don't recommend this book to anyone who wishes to avoid body-negativity. There are surely better books on sweater construction out there in the universe.
