Nine of Swords Temperance is a beautiful, fingering/sport weight yarn that is lofty, colorful, and downright delicious to work with. The non-superwash 100% Corriedale wool fiber content means this yarn has a nice tooth. The stitch definition is incredible using both knit & crochet stitches! We think Temperance is perfect for sweaters, vests, mittens and gloves, and anything with cables, colorwork, and lace.
If you've been to our Bushwick location, Cleo's Yarn Shop, then you may be familiar with Nine of Swords' The Star! The Star, a light worsted superwash, was Nine of Sword's first ever yarn line. You may recognize some familiar colorways here! Temperance and The Star are both lovely, tarot card inspired yarns that are at two different ends of the yarn spectrum. We think you'll love them both!
