Nine of Sword's The Star is extra special to us here at Cleo's. We were a little bit bummed when former regular, Priscilla, told us one day that she was moving upstate. But then she said it was to start a yarn dyeing company with her mother! The best reason to move anywhere!
The Star debuted at our physical store in September of 2025 for the NYC Yarn Crawl. We were privileged to be the first and only store that carried Nine of Swords' yarn at the time! Though listed as a DK weight by Nine of Swords, we feel like The Star knits up like a light worsted weight.
