$10-20 per session, sliding scale, collected at event (no RSVPs necessary!)
In a current moment where it is easy to become overwhelmed by information and the magnitude of interlocking crises, friends and community members Isabel and Mika offer a drop-in crochet circle in which the shared goal will be to foster community and collectively make a blanket (or two) out of granny squares that will be raffled off once completed.
While this is intended as a drop-in make-along craft circle for those who have crochet knowledge, beginners are welcome! For this cycle, we will address the impact of the genocide in Palestine both abroad and at home, splitting the proceeds of the raffle between Gaza Mutual Aid Solidarity and STAIR (Students Against Institutional Racism).
